Junior Communications Specialist (remote)

We’re supporting a growing B2B SaaS company that helps businesses streamline their sales processes through modern software. As the company continues to expand across Europe, they’re now hiring a Junior Communications Specialist to support both internal and external communication initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys writing, storytelling, and helping teams communicate clearly with customers, partners, and the broader market.

The company has ~70 employees across Europe and operates fully remote, with 3-4 in-person meetups per year.

What You’ll Work On

• Support the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and website content
• Help draft announcements, product updates, and customer stories
• Assist with social media and LinkedIn communication
• Coordinate communication for product launches and events
• Help maintain tone and messaging consistency across channels
• Support internal communication initiatives across teams

First 3–6 Months – Focus Areas

• Contribute to regular blog and newsletter content
• Help prepare communication for one product launch
• Improve structure and clarity in internal documentation
• Support marketing and product teams with written content

What They’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in communications, marketing, or content roles
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products
• Organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluent English

A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar is a plus.

Setup

Remote-first across Europe (CET ±2 preferred)

Close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams

3-4 company meetups per year

Reports to the Head of Marketing
