Requirements:

Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams in a fully remote, early-stage environment to shape product direction

Job description

Are you a macOS Programmer with experience of developing background agents, daemons, or system level software for the MDM or EDR sectors?

Would you like to get involved in the early stage of the development of a new security product?

Our client just raised a serious round of funding and is looking for a number of senior developers to build out the client side of their product.

Great opportunity to be in at the beginning and work closely with the company founders.

If you are a top class developer in Go or C or C++ or Python and have experience building MDM or EDR products – they would like to talk to you. Key is you have written code for MDM or EDR for macOS products previously.

They are developing the agent in Go so great opportunity to move into go if from a C, C++ or Python background.

This is a fully remote role.

What must you have

Prior experience writing the code for macOS MDM and/or EDR products
Proficiency in Go is ideal but we will also consider experts in C, C++ or Python who are eager to transition to Go
Deep understanding of macOS internals, specifically experience with Apple's Endpoint Security Framework or System Extensions
Experience navigating the challenges of developing background agents and daemons on macOS
