Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Create, modify, and enhance 3D models and assemblies utilizing Autodesk Inventor for both manufacturing and product development purposes.
2. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to convert design ideas into precise technical drawings and prototypes.
3. Evaluate design obstacles and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve functionality and efficiency.
4. Ensure that all design documentation and schematics comply with industry standards and meet project requirements.
5. Provide guidance and technical assistance to colleagues and junior designers within the client’s team.
6. Engage in design reviews by offering constructive feedback and ensuring that projects align with business objectives.
7. Maintain effective, clear, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms throughout all stages of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, assembly creation, and producing detailed drawings.
2. Demonstrated experience in engineering or product design sectors, with a strong portfolio of projects.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp focus on detail.
4. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while working remotely.
6. Strong analytical skills and a proactive stance towards solving technical issues.
7. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and remote personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
2. Background in mechanical, industrial, or product design engineering.
3. Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems and digital workflow enhancement.
