  • Strategic Process Improvement: support reporting, performance tracking, growth projects, and identify risks or inefficiencies; help implement tools or processes.

Position: Business Operations Specialist

Work Schedule: US Hours (EST)

Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)  

Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term

Salary Range: USD 1,500 - 2,000 / Month

Benefit: Unlimited PTO and HMO after the probationary period

Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly

Equipment: Self-Provide

Job Summary:

Wingz are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support daily operations and key initiatives within our growing healthcare transportation company. This role works closely with leadership to help ensure operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and assist with managing business contracts and vendor agreements.

The ideal candidate has experience working with business contracts, service agreements, and vendor partnerships, and is comfortable coordinating across teams to ensure contractual obligations and operational requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

  • Assist leadership with daily operational coordination and business priorities.
  • Monitor workflows and support improvements to operational processes.
  • Maintain operational documentation, reports, and internal procedures.

Contract & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in reviewing and tracking business contracts, vendor agreements, and service-level commitments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Support leadership in preparing or updating operational agreements and vendor arrangements.

Client & Partner Relations

  • Support communication with partners and clients regarding operational matters tied to service agreements.
  • Help address operational issues while ensuring alignment with contract terms.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Strategic & Business Support

  • Assist leadership with operational reporting and performance tracking.
  • Support projects related to business growth, partnerships, and operational improvements.
  • Help identify operational risks or inefficiencies related to contracts and service delivery.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to operational workflows related to contract management and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with implementing tools or processes that improve contract tracking and operational transparency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, business support, contract coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with business contracts, service agreements, or vendor contracts.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail when handling agreements and operational requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting operations, partnerships, or vendor management.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, healthcare operations, or service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with contract documentation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor coordination.
  • Experience working with remote teams and operational tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, or project management systems.
