  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to drive sustainable growth
  • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals; monitor performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, retention, traffic quality) to maximize ROI
  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management and coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Analytics, Payments, Risk, CRM, Compliance) to ensure alignment and compliance

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships across key LATAM markets. This role focuses on performance, long-term partnerships, and sustainable growth. This position is ideal for someone with an established affiliate network, a strong understanding of the LATAM ecosystem, and a proven ability to drive high-quality traffic and measurable results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across key LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to support consistent growth
  • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership deals in coordination with the relevant internal teams
  • Monitor affiliate performance including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality to ensure optimal results
  • Optimize campaigns, promotions, and affiliate activity to maximize ROI and overall performance
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams, while coordinating with Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and forecasts for management to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience in affiliate roles from iGaming/betting industry
  • Proven track record of working with affiliates across LATAM regions
  • Existing portfolio of active affiliates and established industry relationships
  • Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue models
  • Experience using affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
