Top Talent Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who is seeking to onboard a Spanish speaking Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team

Position: Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Remote, Colombia

Work model: Fully remote from Colombia

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement / B2B Agreement

Remuneration: Base salary.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across LATAM in line with global priorities and timelines
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, social, email, performance support, partnerships, and events
  • Plan and deliver local brand activations including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotions
  • Manage localization and rollout of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese while ensuring brand consistency
  • Support execution of CRM campaigns covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys
  • Own campaign operations including briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance, and delivery tracking
  • Act as the regional execution point of contact between Central Marketing and LATAM teams
  • Identify execution bottlenecks and improve campaign workflows and operational efficiency
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign delivery and performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency, minimum B2.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations
  • FX / FinTech industry experience is a must
  • Proven experience delivering multi-market campaigns and coordinating cross-country stakeholders
  • Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms and email campaign execution (HubSpot is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
  • Solid understanding of LATAM markets
  • Experience in regulated, fintech, or financial services environments is a plus.
