3+ years in a Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE-style role
Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
GitHub (repos, PRs, workflows, Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes
CI/CD pipeline design and support; .NET backend services and SQL Server/Azure SQL; Elastic (ELK) logging/monitoring
Requirements:
Provision and manage user access across Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Azure DevOps, GitHub, and related tools; process access requests via ServiceNow; enforce least-privilege and onboarding of new developers
Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions; troubleshoot failed builds, deployments, and pipeline integrations; support containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes; assist with environment configuration and Azure resource management with Systems Engineering
Review logs and metrics using Elastic (ELK); troubleshoot backend services (including .NET) and SQL databases; participate in incident response and post-incident follow-ups; collaborate with engineering to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
Collaborate with security, compliance, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure policy adherence, security, and reliability across cloud and application platforms
Job description
Platform Engineer / DevOps Support / Platform Support
Remote role to support developer onboarding, environment access, and day-to-day DevOps operations across cloud and application platforms. This role helps by ensuring engineers can move quickly while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability.
This person will be hands-on in Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud infrastructure, while also serving as a key operational contact for access provisioning, pipeline support, and backend troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Developer Enablement & Access Management
Provision and manage user access across systems including Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Azure DevOps, GitHub, and related tools
Submit, track, and validate access requests via ServiceNow and internal approval workflows Ensure least-privilege access and compliance with security policies
Act as a first point of contact for onboarding new developers and engineers
DevOps & Platform Operations
Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Troubleshoot failed builds, deployments, and pipeline integrations Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
Assist with environment configuration and cloud resource management in Azure in coordination with our Systems Engineering team.
Observability & Production Support
Review and analyze logs and metrics using Elastic (ELK)
Troubleshoot backend service issues, including .NET services and SQL databases Partner with engineering teams to identify root causes and prevent recurrence Support incident response and post-incident follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in a Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE-style role
Hands-on experience with:
