Experience as Pharmacy Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Product Owner with deep expertise in Specialty Pharmacy
Strong understanding of end-to-end Prescription Life Cycle and NCPDP SCRIPT standards
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and optimize pharmacy workflows
Experience supporting the development of technology solutions to improve patient and provider experiences
Requirements:
Define product requirements for Specialty Pharmacy solutions and optimize end-to-end prescription life cycle workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical and operational workflows (PA, eligibility verification, DUR/MTM, clinical documentation)
Support patient and provider engagement, onboarding, education, and adherence programs, including e-prescribing, dispensing, shipping, and logistics
Ensure solutions align with industry standards (NCPDP SCRIPT, REMS) and comply with specialty pharmacy processes and safety requirements

Prescription intake (e-prescribing, fax, phone, NCPDP SCRIPT workflows)
Eligibility and benefits verification
Prior authorization review and processing
Clinical checks such as DUR, MTM, and drug interactions
Dispensing workflows, including labeling, verification, and fulfillment
Shipping, logistics, and delivery tracking
Refill management, reminders, and chronic therapy adherence
High-touch patient care
Complex dosing regimens
Financial assistance and copay assistance workflows
Patient education and prescriber coordination
