Modern Mechanical Services is expanding rapidly across Texas, and we're adding an Outside Sales Executive to our Austin territory. This role is the full picture — you'll hunt new business, close deals, and manage the relationships you build. As your portfolio grows, so does your earning potential. And with our plumbing division gaining traction in Austin, you'll have the opportunity to cross-sell across multiple service lines and become a true trusted advisor to your clients.
New Business Development You'll prospect and develop relationships with commercial property managers, building engineers, facility directors, and business owners across the Austin market. Your job is to get in the door, identify opportunities, and position Modern Mechanical as the go-to partner for:
Account Management & Growth The relationships you close are yours to keep. You'll manage your customer portfolio, ensure satisfaction, and uncover expansion opportunities — whether that's adding plumbing services to an existing HVAC client or growing a single-building contract into a multi-property agreement. The better you take care of your accounts, the more they pay you back.
