Requirements:

  • Proactively contact existing letting agent partners once or twice per week to source new properties and explore ways to further embed the company into their customer journey. Generate and send order forms to partners, responding quickly to queries and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate. Build strong working relationships with partners, adapting to their needs and feeding insights back internally to ensure maximum efficiency and success.
  • Respond promptly to inbound web enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Convert enquiries into customers by generating order forms and following up within 24 hours where required. Confidently guide prospective customers through a focus on value, simplicity, and service.
  • Set up and onboard new customers, working through the process sheet for each supplier and maintaining accurate tracking via internal tick lists. Coordinate with utility suppliers to ensure smooth registrations and installations. Proactively update customers on progress and expected installation timelines. Log key milestones and follow-ups in the calendar to ensure no stage of the journey is missed. Update agents on the successful onboarding of their tenants.
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns when provided with specific targeting or messaging tasks. Support broader outreach initiatives designed to generate new partnerships and revenue.

Job description

This is a remote position.

A fast-growing utilities platform which bundles essential services like energy and broadband
into one simple monthly bill, securing competitive supplier rates and eliminating
unnecessary admin, requires a proactive virtual Operations & Client Coordinator. 


We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded team member to help
drive growth and deliver an outstanding experience to both partners and tenants.
You will sit at the heart of the business - speaking with letting agents, onboarding tenants,
coordinating suppliers, and ensuring every move-in runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Partner Management & Growth
 Proactively contact existing letting agent partners once or twice per week to source new
properties and explore ways to further embed the company into their customer journey.
 Generate and send order forms to partners, responding quickly to queries and
identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate.

New Business & Customer Enquiries

What Success Looks Like (6 Months In)
 Confidently manage the full onboarding and partner communication process
independently.
 Respond to and resolve customer queries without oversight.
 Take ownership of LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, creating meaningful content that
drives engagement and contributes to revenue growth.
 Think independently and make decisions, always acting in
the best interest of the company and partners.
 Manage partner accounts proactively, adapting to daily requirements and clearly
communicating feedback and improvement opportunities internally.

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Xero experience an advantage.
  • A background in the property industry preferable.


Benefits

Working hours 10am to 6pm with flexibility, fully remote.


Salary: R20 000 + Commission
