Financial Controller (Fully Remote or Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller (M/F/D) to support our growth.

Your primary focus will be on:

∙ Coordinate the activity of the accounting departments in all European markets

∙ Prepare management reports

∙ Supervise compliance with group accounting policies in all European markets

∙ Coordinate tax and/or financial accounting audits

∙ Analyze financial and operational data

∙ Perform cash flow and liquidity analysis

∙ Analyze the capital structure of the company

∙ Analyze financial statements

∙ Analyze trade receivables and payables and implement optimization activities

∙ Communicate and work with financing institutions

∙ Optimize financial and accounting processes

∙ Prepare company financial status reports, liquidity reports, and KPIs

∙ Create, evaluate, and operate different business models to support strategic decision‑making and company growth

Job requirements:

∙ Higher education

∙ Proficiency in English

∙ Very good understanding of international accounting standards and analysis of accounting, operational, and financial information

∙ Very high level of mastery of Excel and structuring of financial, operational, and accounting models

∙ High level of understanding of various financial modeling and risk assessment techniques

∙ Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar

∙ Experience in developing and operating various business models

∙ CFA and/or ACCA accreditation would be considered an advantage
