Lead Power Platform Developer

The Role 

As a Lead Power Platform Developer at Zühlke, you will be a key contributor within our skilled low-code team, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Power Platform solutions for our clients. Your mission is to transform complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. 

You will work hands-on in client projects from initial concept through implementation and deployment, ensuring technical excellence and sustainable solution architecture. By combining strong engineering skills with a pragmatic mindset, you will help our clients unlock the full potential of low-code while maintaining enterprise-grade quality standards. 

How You’ll Make Impact: 

• Design, develop, and implement robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. 

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs. 

• Develop complex integrations with external systems and enterprise applications, leveraging the broader Microsoft ecosystem including Azure services and Microsoft 365. 

• Implement best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), DevOps, governance, security, and performance optimization within Power Platform environments. 

• Build reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to increase delivery efficiency and quality across projects. 

• Contribute actively throughout the full project lifecycle – from technical concept and prototyping to development, testing, deployment, and hypercare. 

• Support troubleshooting and performance tuning of existing Power Platform solutions. 

What’s important to us 

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Deep technical knowledge of Dataverse, Power Fx, Power Automate flows, custom connectors, APIs, and integration patterns. 

• Strong experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem. 

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles including clean architecture, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and code quality standards. 

• Experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations in enterprise environments. 

• Ability to work independently in complex project setups while collaborating effectively in interdisciplinary teams. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, quality-driven mindset.
