主要工作内容:
在 Solventum 齿科解决方案事业部, 我们通过开发创新的正畸和修复解决方案,帮助简化治疗程序并提供可预测的临床效果,从而促进终生口腔健康。凭借正畸和修复行业的领先历史以及科学的产品开发方法,我们创造出从业人员所需的高品质先进产品,让他们的患者保持微笑。

我们正在招聘一名负责区域的渠道经理。在这个职位上,你将负责推动辖区的渠道拓展与维护,按照公司业务增长战略执行业务计划。我们希望您坚持以业务增长和客户为先的导向,创造卓越的销售文化,提高我们修复类产品的业绩和成果,并为从业人员和患者提供良好的产品和服务。

在这个岗位上,将有机会发掘自己的好奇心,施展自己的全部才能,并与全球最具创新性和多元化的团队合作。您的主要职责包括:

    渠道拓展与维护,负责开发并管理新的齿科渠道合作伙伴,对所负责区域内的客户进行拜访、跟进、分析及管理;
    收集、分析渠道市场需求,结合实际市场需求,推进业务目标达成。
    市场推广与活动执行:参与制定并执行市场推广计划,包括宣传、促销、活动等;负责活动的组织、协调和执行工作,确保活动效果达成目标;
    搜集市场和渠道信息,了解竞争对手动态,及时协助公司调整销售策略。
    处理客户的咨询、和服务工作,解答客户的疑问,结合公司资源,提供专业的建议和解决方案,提高客户满意度和忠诚度;维护良性客户关系
    挖掘渠道的潜在需求,促进业务增量

任职要求
    3年以上渠道销售经验,本科以上学历,具备市场推广、渠道销售等经验,有口腔医疗行业工作优先
    具备强烈的客户服务意识,能够以客户为中心,提供优质、高效的服务
    善于与团队成员沟通协作,共同完成工作任务,能够与其他部门密切配合。
    具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够快速掌握新知识、新技能,适应不断变化的市场环境和工作要求。
    具备抗压能力,适应出差
    熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的沟通能力、商务谈判能力、渠道拓展能力、客户开发能力和营销策划能力等
