Rainmakers Strategic Solutions, LLC, a certified SBA 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), is looking to expand capabilities in the government healthcare space to support an expanding portfolio of federal healthcare clients. We are seeking a dynamic Content Review Manager to assist with client projects.
We are looking for a Content Manager/Designer to manage content development and update process for the Physician Compare Website and design educational programs and materials for the EPCS Program. Responsibilities include maintaining the website's textual content, coordinating with CMS components, ensuring the accuracy of information, and supporting the development of educational and outreach materials. The manager will also oversee content review processes, ensure compliance with CMS standards, and develop training and educational content.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Content Development and Updates: Oversee the creation, revision, and updating of content for the Physician Compare Website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Maintain Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to schedule and track content updates and publications, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
• Ensure Content Quality: Review and approve content to ensure it meets CMS standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with the Plain Writing Act of 2010. Conduct quality assurance tests and implement user feedback.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Communication Specialists, Content Editors, and various CMS components to gather updated information and incorporate it into the website content. Coordinate efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with CMS messaging.
• Monitor and Analyze Content Performance: Use analytics tools to track content performance, gather insights, and provide recommendations for improvements. Report on content metrics and effectiveness to inform future content strategies.
Important Tasks
• Develop Educational Materials: Support the creation of educational and outreach materials related to Physician Compare updates, including fact sheets, FAQs, and press releases.
• Implement Compliance Changes: Propose changes for CMS approval and implement approved changes in collaboration with CMS websites' contractor to ensure content remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct User Testing: Develop test scripts and materials, conduct user testing of content, and provide reports with results and recommendations for improvements.
• Design Educational Programs: Develop comprehensive educational programs and materials for the EPCS Program, including training modules, instructional guides, and webinars.
• Create Training Materials: Produce detailed training materials to educate prescribers and other stakeholders on EPCS compliance and usage.

Relevant Knowledge
• Proficiency in CMS Platforms: Strong working knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for managing and updating website content.
• Editorial Skills: Excellent editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with CMS-approved language standards and the Plain Writing Act of 2010.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage content development and updates, including maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely publication.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinating with Communication Specialists, Content Editors, and CMS components to gather and incorporate updated information.
• Quality Assurance and Analytical Skills: Experience conducting user testing, monitoring content performance using analytics tools, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Instructional Design Skills: Expertise in designing and developing educational programs and materials, including training modules, instructional guides, and webinars.

Years of Experience
• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with federal healthcare projects.
Special Skills
• Federal government and/or healthcare project experience.
• Exceptional written and oral skills sufficient to communicate effectively with government and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
