Requirements:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets within the assigned territory and drive growth by promoting Radiation Oncology products to healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (oncologists, radiologists, hospital administrators) and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns; stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management; attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote Varian products; ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling Radiation Oncology products and solutions to healthcare providers. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
  • You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, radiologists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals. 

  • You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Varian products. 

  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. 

  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 

  • You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team. 

  • You will attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Varian products. 

  • You will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or above.

  • You have 4 ~ 15 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in oncology or radiology.

  • You have proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • You have strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the buying process for medical devices.

  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with radiation therapy equipment or related medical devices. 

  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
