Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Agent / Operations Specialist who understands the expectations of high-end travelers and can seamlessly coordinate premium travel experiences. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with VIP clients.

The ideal candidate has experience arranging luxury leisure travel, exclusive experiences, and high-end corporate retreats, while ensuring every aspect of the journey meets elite standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate luxury travel itineraries for individual clients, small groups, and corporate retreats.
Organize and manage private tours and exclusive travel experiences, ensuring premium quality and personalization.
Handle end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and special services.
Modify and manage existing travel itineraries, making adjustments based on client requests or operational needs.
Coordinate with luxury hotels, tour operators, and service providers to secure VIP-level experiences.
Research and recommend high-end destinations, experiences, and services tailored to client preferences.
Provide concierge-style service, including arranging airport lounges, private transfers, special access events, and exclusive reservations.
Manage travel logistics for leisure travelers and corporate retreat groups.
Ensure smooth operations and flawless execution of all travel arrangements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury travel planning or high-end travel operations.
Strong knowledge of premium destinations, luxury hotels, private tours, and exclusive experiences.
Experience coordinating leisure travel, VIP travel, or corporate retreats.
Ability to manage multiple bookings, itinerary changes, and complex travel arrangements.
Excellent organizational and operational skills.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with high-net-worth or VIP clients.
Highly resourceful with the ability to find the best luxury experiences and services worldwide.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high standard of service.
