Experience using Xero to process sales orders and generate invoices
Strong administrative, data entry, and email management skills

• Monitor a dedicated email inbox for incoming customer orders
• Process sales orders and generate invoices in Xero
• Apply predetermined customer discounts accurately based on account notes
• Send order confirmations and templated email responses to customers
• Prepare and forward order documentation to the warehouse for dispatch
• Assist with general admin tasks, including basic email management and data entry Issue simple credit notes and support basic accounts-related admin when required
• Liaise with the warehouse to help ensure orders are actioned within required cut-off times
