5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar GTM ops role
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration
Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and KPI reporting
Proven ability to map processes, solve operational bottlenecks, and drive adoption

This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and drive predictable revenue growth.You’llblend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across Zoho CRM management, reporting, process design, and GTM alignment.
