Job Title: AS400 Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with a strong technical background to design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM AS400 platform. The candidate should be able to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the AS400 platform using RPG, CL, and SQL.
Analyze business/user requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
Debug and resolve production issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
