  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage office supplies and inventory, coordinate travel arrangements and team events to maintain a productive work environment

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Specialist to support both HR administration and office management functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage documentation collection, background checks, role profiles, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations;

  • Assist in managing employment and change letters, maintain employee records, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution;

  • Administer employee benefits programs, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to HR initiatives;

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, data analytics, and dashboards as needed;

  • Support performance review processes, including setup, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion;

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment;

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including placing orders and receiving deliveries;

  • Coordinate business trips, travel arrangements, and transfers;

  • Assist with organizing team events

What you need to have

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Administration

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of labour law fundamentals and HR best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, people-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
