As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our services, resolve any issues they encounter, and achieve their goals using Ortus Health's offerings. You will work closely with our clients to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and provide support to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support related to Ortus Health services.
  • Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction level and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ortus Health's services and communicate this effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to service enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexibly, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for improving client experiences and outcomes.
