  • Manage a defined portfolio of clients to drive consistent sales growth, identify new business opportunities, provide product expertise, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop customized solutions with engineering partners and installation contractors; prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and project documentation; ensure timely delivery
  • Lead trainings in stores/shops on new products, onboard new clients with the Sales team, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders

Job description

As an Account Manager Sweden, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with the key customers in the HVAC sector. You will manage a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent sales growth, customer satisfaction and technical support.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing product expertise and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
This position requires a combination of commercial acumen, technical understanding and strong communication skills to drive sales and strengthen the company´s market position

Responsibilities and duties

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • You will further implement the pull-strategy by intensifying contact with vertical markets / installers / specifiers
  • You will give trainings in stores and shops on our new products
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Develop customized solutions in collaboration with engineering partners and installation contractors.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product

Education

Bachelor degree - commercial or technical background

Qualifications

You have a bachelor degree (or equivalent by experience) preferably with a technical background and experience in HVAC-business. You have good communicative skills, you know how to encourage people to sell your products and you are very customer minded.
You know MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work environment

Travel < 25%
