The Procurement Manager at Brightview Senior Living plays a critical role in supporting Brightview communities and operational teams by designing and optimizing systems, tools, and processes that promote efficient and cost-effective procurement, purchasing, and inventory management.
In this position, the Procurement Manager works to maximize the organization’s portfolio-wide buying power to negotiate favorable vendor agreements, manage contracts, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. This role also works to streamline invoicing, accounts payable workflows, and contract management processes to improve operational efficiency, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure consistent purchasing standards across the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the Contract and Licensing Specialist. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with BVSL policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Salary Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
