Job description

We're hiring a Delivery Specialist (UK Remote)

If you love onboarding customers, solving complex problems, and delivering real value quickly, this could be the role for you.

🌍 Fully home based. Seriously. We have no offices.

💰 £45,000–£60,000 salary

At evaluagent, our Delivery Specialist leads onboarding, re-onboarding and Proofs of Concept for customers — ensuring they get up and running smoothly and start seeing value fast.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Technical teams to deliver seamless onboarding projects and help customers unlock powerful insights from their data.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

✔️ 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, delivery, or project management
✔️ Experience with data analysis and data visualisation
✔️ Familiarity with AI tools or conversational/text analysis
✔️ Strong stakeholder communication skills
