SAP BASIS Digital Customer Engagement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience with hands-on migration from on-prem to cloud and hyperscaler exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • 2+ years of cloud knowledge (e.g., solution management, consulting, or delivery program management) with experience on any hyperscaler
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA application and HANA database; mandatory SAP Upgrade/Migration (OS/DB) experience
  • Understanding of Technical Managed Services and related ITSM processes; excellent internal and external stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills

  • Advise customers on technical architecture and landscape issues
  • Support de-escalation of critical customer situations, working with relevant SAP teams
  • Participate in customer release and maintenance activities
  • Provide ongoing technical support and continuous knowledge transfer

Job description

We are looking for people with SAP brownfield migration and hyperscaler exposure for PL Requirements.

a.Proven hands-on technical experience

-Basis skillset with migration experiences from on-Prem to the cloud environment

-Hyperscaler understanding nd experience

b.Understanding of Technical Managed Services and related ITSM processes

c.Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills

d.Costumer focus / Networking / Relationship Building/ Results-driven / Self-organized

Responsibilities

· Advise customers on technical architecture and landscape issues.

· Review account status and transition accounts as volume or complexity increases.

Key Skills Required

· Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience.

· 2+ years of cloud knowledge (e.g. solution management, consulting, or delivery program management).

· Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Application and HANA database.

· Mandatory SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) experience.

· Experience integrating SaaS products (e.g. Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) with SAP landscape is a plus.

· Experience with any hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
