At least 1 year of experience in IT services or IT product sales
Experience in lead generation and qualification (MQL to SQL conversion)
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
Excellent communication and outreach abilities
Requirements:
Converting MQLs into SQLs by researching assigned MQLs, gathering insights on prospect's business model, company size, needs/challenges, and key decision-makers, and generating sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
Pipeline management: analyze pipeline data, identify bottlenecks, track and update lead status in CRM, and maintain up-to-date progress in the sales funnel
Lead generation: researching and identifying new leads through channels such as LinkedIn and CRM tools, conducting cold calls and emails, and regular follow-ups to move leads through the funnel
Reporting: creating reports on lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other key metrics

Converting MQLs into SQLs:
Researching on assigned MQLs. Gathering insights including prospect’s business model, company size, needs /challenges and key decision-makers.
Generating Sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
Assessing the needs of potential leads to determine if they are a good fit for the tkxel's services.
Manages more complex leads compared to L1, including those that may require more in-depth understanding of the product/service.
Pipeline Management:
Analyzing the new/old pipeline data to identify the bottlenecks in order to improve the sales process.
Tracking and updating lead status in CRM. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of each lead in the sales funnel.
Lead Generation:
Researching and identifying new leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc
Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails to potential prospects.
Regularly following up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Reporting:
Creating reports on lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other key metrics.
Requirements
Relevant Experience:
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in IT services/IT product sales experience

From 5 PM to 2
AM
Female candidates
