Our client is currently building the crypto-to-fiat rails that will power the future of African finance. Our infrastructure enables banks, fintechs, and enterprises to convert stablecoins like USDC/USDT into local currencies with speed, compliance, and control.

Responsibilities:
Source, qualify, and close high-value B2B deals with large Banks & Fintechs.
Manage and grow a pipeline of 10+ active opportunities, from first contact to signed contracts.
Build and nurture partnerships with payment processors, BaaS providers, and compliance partners.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and growth teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
Develop and deliver sales proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents.
Track sales metrics and market trends to sharpen outreach.
Requirements
4+ years (ideally 4+) in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales in Fintech.
4+ years in Banking preferred.
Experience managing a pipeline of concurrent opportunities.
Direct experience working with banks, fintechs, payment processors, or large enterprise clients.
Solid understanding of cross-border payments or FX infrastructure.
Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto products, or blockchain basics.
Awareness of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements in financial services.
Knowledge of key players in African fintech, mobile money, and banking.
Confident communicator able to engage C-level executives, CTOs, and product teams.
Skilled in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to create sales proposals and partnership decks independently.
Self-motivated and effective working remotely without daily supervision.
