  • Lead discovery discussions to determine technical requirements for integration; develop a clear technical integration roadmap and work with engineering/product to translate requirements into actionable plans
  • Evaluate and define how Life Space Digital inventory will be transacted within programmatic systems (impression-based bidding, play-based DOOH transactions, auction mechanics, settlement and reporting)
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for programmatic integration; coordinate across engineering, product, ad operations, sales, and finance to ensure timely, successful implementations and alignment on requirements

Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape by deploying digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments. Our platform delivers content-rich experiences and targeted advertising directly to building occupants and visitors — starting in elevators, lobbies, and shopping center concourses. Backed by an experienced leadership team and aggressive growth targets, we are scaling across key U.S. markets with a focus on speed, precision, and long-term value for our partners.

We are seeking a Programmatic & DSP Partnerships Manager to lead the development and integration of programmatic advertising demand across major DSPs and DOOH trading platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of AdTech partnerships, technical integration, and revenue development. The successful candidate will own the process of initiating relationships with major programmatic buying platforms, aligning on technical integration requirements, and defining the roadmap necessary to enable programmatic trading across Life Space Digital’s media network.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the U.S. programmatic advertising ecosystem, including how DSPs and SSPs transact inventory, how auctions are structured, and how transactions are settled. Experience with DOOH platforms or AdTech infrastructure is strongly preferred.

This position requires a combination of technical credibility, structured thinking, and strong partner management, as the individual will work directly with DSP technical teams while coordinating closely with Life Space Digital’s leadership, engineering, and commercial teams.

What you’ll do:

Programmatic Platform Partnerships

• Establish and manage relationships with major DSPs and DOOH trading platforms
• Initiate partnership discussions with platforms such as The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Hivestack, and other leading programmatic marketplaces
• Represent Life Space Digital in technical and commercial conversations with programmatic partners

Integration Strategy and Technical Roadmap

• Lead discovery discussions to determine technical requirements for integration with DSPs and supply-side platforms
• Develop a clear technical integration roadmap, outlining architecture, required systems connections, and operational workflows
• Work with internal engineering and product teams to translate partner requirements into actionable development plans

Programmatic Architecture & Transaction Mechanics

• Evaluate and define how Life Space Digital inventory will be transacted within programmatic systems, including:
• Impression-based bidding models
• Play-based DOOH transaction structures
• Auction mechanics and inventory packaging
• Settlement and reporting processes

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for programmatic integration initiatives
• Coordinate across engineering, product, ad operations, sales, and finance to ensure integrations are implemented successfully
• Align internal teams on technical requirements, delivery timelines, and operational readiness

Programmatic Demand Enablement

• Help position Life Space Digital inventory within the broader programmatic ecosystem
• Identify opportunities to expand demand through additional trading platforms and programmatic partnerships
• Support leadership in developing scalable programmatic revenue channels

Who you are:

Experience

• 4–10+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of how DSPs and SSPs bid, transact, and settle inventory in the U.S. market
• Experience participating in or managing AdTech platform integrations
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear internal documentation and execution plans

The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in AdTech with strong partnership management skills.

You may be an ideal candidate if you have:

• Prior experience at The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Hivestack, or other programmatic platforms
• Background in DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) programmatic advertising
• Experience working with media supply platforms or programmatic inventory networks
• Bilingual capability (English and Mandarin) is helpful but not required

For local candidates in the New York City area, the base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 plus bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
