Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress)
Advanced knowledge of Linux
Familiarity with networking, scripting, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible
Requirements:
Monitor and operate enterprise application environments (EBS, SOA, OIC) and support incidents, requests, and changes per ITIL
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling (bash, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks
Participate in health checks, capacity planning, and performance analyses; utilize observability tools (Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, OCI Monitoring)
Collaborate with DBAs, sysadmins, developers, and business analysts; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technical documentation

Responsabilidades
Tech Lead SRE para integrar nosso time de Enterprise Applications (EntApps), com foco no suporte, automação e confiabilidade de ambientes críticos de aplicações corporativas Oracle e soluções em nuvem, atuando com Datadog em clientes globais e apoiando no desenvolvimento da frente de SRE.
Atividades
Auxiliar na monitoração e operação de ambientes de aplicações empresariais (EBS, SOA, OIC, entre outros);
Apoiar em processos de incidentes, requisições e mudanças (ITIL);
Contribuir com scripts e automações para tarefas rotineiras (bash, Python ou similar);
Participar de rotinas de health check, capacity planning e análises de performance;
Atuar com ferramentas de observabilidade (como Datadog, Zabbix, Wazuh, Grafana, OCI Monitoring, entre outras);
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com DBAs, sysadmins, desenvolvedores e analistas de negócio;
Apoiar na melhoria contínua de processos e documentação técnica.
Requisitos
Formação (concluída ou em andamento) em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento avançado em Linux;
Noções de redes, scripts e cloud (OCI, AWS ou Azure são diferenciais);
Interesse genuíno por automação, confiabilidade e performance de sistemas;
Boa comunicação, proatividade e perfil colaborativo;
Inglês avançado;
Diferenciais
Certificação Oracle Cloud (fundamentos ou associadas);
Experiência anterior com Oracle EBS, WebLogic, ou qualquer sistema ERP;
Experiência com Git, Jenkins, Terraform ou Ansible;
