Job description


Genesis10 is seeking an IT Staffing Sales Executive (Hunter) for a full-time, permanent remote position with Genesis10. This is a 100% remote opportunity; however, candidates must reside in the Cleveland, OH area.

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation is highly performance-driven and will vary based on the candidate's industry experience, existing client relationships, and ability to generate and leverage new business opportunities.

Genesis10 is expanding and seeking a driven, relationship-focused IT Staffing Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Cleveland market. Anchored by long-term clients and a strong pipeline of new business, our team is positioned for significant growth. This is a true Hunter role, 90% focused on new business development, supporting clients nationally across multiple time zones and industry verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate new client relationships in the Cleveland area
  • Generate opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
  • Sell IT staffing and talent solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to prioritize and deliver top talent
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline management
  • Represent Genesis10 as a trusted workforce solutions partner

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of recruiting or sales experience (IT staffing preferred)
  • Proven drive, enthusiasm, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
  • Experience selling or ability to learn staff augmentation and permanent placement solutions
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Must reside in the Cleveland area

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
