The Marketing Specialist supports multi-channel campaigns, digital content creation, and brand storytelling across residential, mobility, logistics, and workplace solutions. Social media, marketing collateral, communications, and event support will be managed to ensure consistent brand presence. Performance metrics will be tracked and analyzed to optimize results. Cross-functional collaboration will be leveraged to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive strategic growth.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Marketing Specialist at Hilldrup, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and in-person channels. You’ll support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our residential moving and storage, employee mobility, logistics, and workplace solutions services to customers locally, nationally, and globally. Through compelling storytelling and thoughtful content creation, you’ll help elevate brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
You will lead day-to-day social media and digital content efforts—creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content that highlights our services, culture, and customer experience. In addition, you’ll develop a variety of marketing materials, including sales presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional collateral, ensuring a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint. You’ll monitor performance metrics, track engagement and KPIs, and use insights, trends, and emerging tools to continuously optimize and innovate our marketing efforts.
You’ll also support marketing campaigns, trade shows, community events, and internal initiatives, coordinating logistics and communications to ensure seamless execution and a strong brand presence. By contributing to content calendars, campaign planning, and integrated marketing initiatives, you’ll help maintain alignment across channels and audiences.
Collaboration is central to your success. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and other teams to understand business priorities and deliver strategic marketing support that drives results.
