Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience
  • Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

Requirements:

  • Responsible for final testing and auditing of own and others' configurations of moderate complexity software to ensure proper functioning, with oversight; take accountability for QA on moderate complexity builds.
  • Provide training and mentorship to less senior teammates; participate in client meetings as needed; build relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve retention; promote teamwork and contribute to SOP development and process improvement.

Brown & Brown is seeking a Data QA Senior Specialist to join our growing team!

  

How You Will Contribute 

  • Assist less senior teammates with development low to moderate complexity sites.

  • Utilize project management tools to manage implementations.

  • Audit and upload data for moderately (or greater) complex new client website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing clients.

  • Works with senior teammates to manage and coordinate the EDI/file integration projects relating to new site implementations and renewals.

  • Responsible for final testing and auditing of own and others configured of moderate complexity software to ensure proper functioning, with oversight.

  • Takes accountability for individual quality assurance on moderate complexity builds.

  • Primarily responsible for providing training and mentorship of less senior teammates. 

  • Works on moderate complexity (or greater) client projects. 

  • Participation in client meetings as needed. 

  • Build courteous and successful relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve client retention.

  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office. 

  • Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards both individually and through teammates.  

  • Assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPs provide SOP process improvement considerations based for aligned platform.

  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.  

  • Pursues a course of personal and professional development. 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience

  • Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts

  • Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving

  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time)​

Pay Range

$28.80 - $33.65 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
