Position Overview:

We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Key Account Manager to help drive long‑term, sustainable growth with our strategic customers.
 
As a Key Account Manager, you will lead the development of strong, value‑driven partnerships with key national and regional customers. You translate insight into action, balance commercial performance with long‑term brand equity, and act as a trusted partner both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the commercial lead for assigned key accounts
  • Developing and executing account plans to deliver revenue and EBITDA targets

  • Leading negotiations on joint business plans, pricing and promotions
  • Translating shopper, category and customer insights into actionable plans
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Championing WD‑40 Company values in every customer interaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or a related sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and forecasts
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with discipline
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and insights
  • A collaborative, proactive and values‑led approach
