  • Proficiency in CRM and sales quoting software; Configit CPQ certifications are advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines, coordinating with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Ensures accuracy and compliance of quotes with company policies and customer requirements; maintains and updates quote tracking systems and documentation.
  • Communicates with customers to clarify quote details, resolve discrepancies, and develops standard reports and commercial analyses related to quotes to support sales performance management.
  • Supports the sales team with timely administrative quote-related assistance and ensures completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of deals, pricing, promotions, and related conditions.

More about the role

Supports and collaborates with the sales team by preparing and managing sales quotes. Coordinates with various departments to ensure accurate, timely quote delivery and correct maintenance of customer´s pricing conditions. Maintains and updates quote databases and documentation.
Purpose: Offer to our customers the best professional service in quotations, working as a Team together with Sales, contributing in the most efficient way to sales processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility:


Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines. Coordinates with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
Ensures accuracy and compliance of quotes with company policies and customer requirements. Maintains and updates quote tracking systems and documentation for record-keeping.
Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve any discrepancies. Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support the sales performance management.
Supports the sales team by providing timely and efficient quote-related administrative assistance. Supports the sales organization to develop or validate Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
Adheres to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy. Coordinates with Sales and Marketing the correct maintenance of prices of our customers (Strategic customer discounts and net prices/Deals/Special Price Agreements/Promotion conditions/Project Quotes and rebates) ensuring compliance with existing contracts, completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
Prepares templates together with Legal for the most common contracts (annual contracts with distribution) and exceptional customized addendums/updates for them. Provides information on contracts and agreements signed-off.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge in sales processes and business operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles involving quote preparation, coordination with sales teams, and data management to develop practical skills in sales operations.
• No specific licenses required; however, proficiency in CRM and sales quoting software (CPQ Configit) certifications is advantageous for effective performance.
