Freelance Recruiter - Marketing focused roles

I'm looking for an experienced recruiter to work with me in our busy periods and when I need to free up some time for projects and a cheeky holiday.

We're specialists in building marketing teams in start-ups, and we work with all your favourite brands, so we're likely to work in very exciting projects.

You'll be…

• Taking job briefs and sourcing candidates

• Managing applicants and making sure everyone has an update about their application

• Conducting screening calls with all candidates before submission

• Providing detailed and comprehensive profiles

• On occasion, you'll account manage our clients

You'll have…

• Experience recruiting marketing talent into start-ups and scale-ups

• Availability to commit to each project for a minimum of 3 weeks

• Your own LI recruiter license (non-essential) and candidate database

• Passion for working against deadlines!

💸 Salary: commission based role - generous structure, uncapped.
🏡 Logistics: fully remote role, UK based for market knowledge
