Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or website administration is highly preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Familiarity with e-commerce Shopify platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets. Assist with tax preparation and compliance, including maintaining accurate records for audits. 
  • Generate and review financial statements to provide insights to management. 
  • Update and maintain website entries, including product descriptions, pricing, and promotions. 
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and align with system records. 
  • Upload product titles, descriptions, and images to e-commerce platforms or internal systems. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content is up-to-date and aligns with promotional campaigns. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies in inventory or product listings.
