Strong infrastructure program management background in enterprise environments
Proven experience supporting or leading MA infrastructure integrations
Solid technical understanding of network architecture and operations, server technologies, identity and access management (Active Directory), telecom systems (Cisco), and Microsoft Office 365 ecosystems
Experience working on or alongside AI-driven initiatives (Agentic AI, AI-based monitoring or observability platforms)
Requirements:
Coordinate and manage infrastructure programs and MA infrastructure integrations in enterprise environments
Bridge technical and business teams through effective communication in a fast-moving environment
Apply Agile/Scrum (for AI initiatives), Waterfall (for infrastructure and MA programs), and Hybrid delivery models
Utilize Azure DevOps, backlogs/Kanban boards, program tracking, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise infrastructure and monitoring toolsets to deliver results

Role: Infrastructure PM Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 6 months+ Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Houston, USA or Princeton, USA)

Agentic AI
AI‐based monitoring or observability platforms
Ability to operate effectively "in the middle of many things” in a fast‐moving environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
