Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Everest Consultants is looking for a high-energy, responsive and solid team player with a strong technology background for our recruiting needs. This position will focus heavily on contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions in the Information Technology and Engineering fields. Responsibility will include the entire recruiting cycle and talent management before and after hire.
Essential job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Source, qualify and screen candidates
Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed
Apply AI and new techniques to source, engage and qualify talent
Prepare candidates for interviews
Negotiate offers, and onboard candidates
Handle all paperwork throughout the process as necessary
Manage and maintain candidate and client relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum four years plus of technical recruiting experience
Extensive sourcing background using internet, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals
Proficient with an Applicant Tracking System
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Be dedicated, creative, and willing to learn and grow
Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience
Must be metrics-driven to meet or exceed targets
Proven track record of delivery
