Data analysis: expert in Excel, ability to perform pivot tables, analyze data, make inferences and understand implications

Requirements:

Collect information from stakeholders to upload to the system, understand steps, execute them, and provide improvements
Create teaching/training material explaining step-by-step procedures and concepts
Assist stakeholders in collecting information to complete data load templates, perform uploads, diagnose errors, and close with business stakeholders to address issues using Excel templates and related software to optimize load processes
Partner with stakeholders to understand purpose, apply learnings, and represent the work professionally with key business partners

Title Data Analyst - II
*Location: Remote

*What CW will do:
Collect info from stakeholders to upload to the system. Understand these steps, execute them and being able to provide improvements
Teaching / training Material & explaining step by step procedures and concepts.
Assist stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues. This will involve many different types of excel templates and working with software to create best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings and ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.

*Minimum skills:
1. Ability to learn key business focus in order to apply judgement and understand overall program objective.
2. Ability to prioritize and organize work: set standards for processes created so that they can be replicated, ability to identify resources required, ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written, including summarizing status and communicating clearly in meetings.
3. Data collection: Previous experience in assisting stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues. This will involve many different types of excel templates and working with software to create best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings and ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.
4. Data analysis: Expert in excel, ability to perform pivot tables with existing data sources, ability to analyze data, make inferences and understand implications.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new users by providing training on data tools, systems and best practices. Or Strong communication interpersonal skills with experience in user training or support.
