Description:
Impresiv Health is seeking a SQL Server Developer to support commercial health plan analytics. This role will build and maintain T-SQL views, stored procedures, and operational reports, develop data marts for key plan metrics, handle ad hoc data requests, and ensure data quality and reconciliation between HealthRules Payer data and downstream reporting. Limited support for value-based care analytics within existing enterprise semantic models is also included.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain T-SQL views, stored procedures, and operational reports (SSRS or equivalent) against HealthRules Payer data warehouse replicated to on-premises SQL Server
- Develop data marts for commercial health plan operational analytics (claims lag, denial rates, financial accuracy, PMPM trends, provider performance)
- Support ad hoc data requests from finance, operations, and compliance teams
- Ensure data quality and reconciliation between HealthRules data warehouse and downstream reporting
- Provide limited support for value-based care analytics, working within an existing enterprise semantic model that integrates health plan data with clinical and quality data sources
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years SQL Server development (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS) in healthcare payer or provider environment
- Experience working with HealthRules Payer data warehouse structures (claims, membership, provider, accumulators)
- Commercial health plan metrics and KPIs (claims, enrollment, accumulators, financial reporting)
- Experience building semantic layers or data marts for self-service BI
- Power BI development experience, including working within existing semantic models and datasets
- Understanding of health plan regulatory reporting (e.g., risk adjustment, MLR, quality measures) preferred
- Experience with value-based care analytics (quality measures, cost of care, utilization, risk stratification) preferred
- Experience working with multi-source data models integrating payer, clinical, and quality data preferred
