Description:
Impresiv Health is seeking an OpenText Exstream Developer to maintain and enhance health plan correspondence templates, including EOBs, EOPs, ID cards, COBRA notices, and welcome letters. The role involves integrating Exstream with HealthRules Connector, troubleshooting production defects, and supporting regulatory and branding updates.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and enhance OpenText Exstream templates for health plan correspondence (EOBs, EOPs, ID cards, COBRA notices, welcome letters)
- Integrate Exstream with HealthRules Connector Correspondence module (XML/flat file feeds)
- Troubleshoot production correspondence defects and member communication issues
- Support regulatory and branding updates to correspondence templates
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years OpenText Exstream development for health plan or insurance correspondence
- Experience integrating Exstream with core administrative processing systems (CAPS like HealthRules Payer)
- Commercial health plan correspondence types (EOB, EOP, ID card, group statements, regulatory notices)
- XML/flat file data mapping and transformation
- Multi-channel correspondence experience (print, email, portal) preferred
- Health plan regulatory compliance knowledge (ERISA, state insurance codes) preferred
