  • Design matter-specific review project plans that address review workflow strategy, delivery timelines and optimal application of technology.
  • Determine appropriate project staffing levels.  Manage staffing partner and contracted resources to ensure adherence to Lighthouse standards, execution of throughput goals, and quality deliverables.
  • Provide daily status reports to case teams; compile end of project summary and insights report for sales, client success, and case teams.
  • Drive collaboration across Lighthouse teams including AI experts and data project managers.
  • Consult on technology and analytics to drive efficiency in redaction application and privilege logging.
  • Provide client-specific subject matter expertise.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and other related duties as assigned.
