What you will do:
The main purpose of this role is to become an active part of the Group Claims team and be responsible to provide high quality service to Group Clients. This will be a 6-month fixed term position.


Your main responsibilities will include:

•    Provides high quality customer service to Croup Clients according to company’s standards and guidelines
•    Supports the implementation of Group Claims strategy and contributes towards the achievement of the departments’ KPIs
•    Manages claim processing and provides high quality service maximizing the customer experience of Group Claims
•    Provides efficient calculation of claim payments process using respective methodology per each policy and proceeds accordingly to claims payments
•    Examines and decides upon claim eligibility through reviewing insurance policy terms and conditions
•    Ensures compliance with data protection local regulatory and Company’s policies
•    Responsible to accurate update claim reserves and payments data on company’s claims system
•    Communicates daily with medical centers representatives for the exchange of all necessary information when handling direct payments claims
•    Consults and cooperates with company’s partner doctors to get medical guidelines and ensure accurate claim evaluation
•    Gathers and analyses complex information from different resources for the accurate evaluation of claims
•    Collaborates with internal teams (IT/ POS/ Accounting etc.) for the effective resolution of claim related issues such as technical problems, general policy issues or bank and accounting issues


Desired Skills/Experience:
You need to have:
•    University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration
•    Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
•    Excellent oral and written communication (Greek & English), time management and organization skills
•    Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
