Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP program management, including multi-site deployments
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Acumatica, Sage or similar) and related technologies
  • Proven ability to define governance frameworks, enforce standards, and manage vendor relationships; exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

  • Lead the enterprise-wide ERP program for HDCM as the single point of accountability for program delivery, defining and enforcing ERP standards, governance, and deployment methodology
  • Develop and maintain the ERP roadmap, oversee data migration strategy and validation, and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure value delivery
  • Lead ERP rollouts across multiple sites and business units; manage training, change management, and user adoption; monitor progress, risks, and issues for executive leadership
  • Act as an internal ERP consultant embedded in the business, collaborating with functional leaders to ensure solutions meet operational needs, compliance, and drive continuous improvement post-implementation; travel approximately 50%

The ERP Program Manager will lead the enterprise-wide ERP program for HDCM, serving as the single point of accountability for program delivery. This role is responsible for defining and enforcing ERP standards, governance, and deployment methodology, ensuring successful execution of ERP rollouts, data migration, training, and adoption support. The ERP Program Manager will also act as an internal ERP consultant embedded within the business to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for ERP program delivery across HDCM.
  • Define and enforce ERP standards, governance, and deployment methodology.
  • Develop and maintain the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure value delivery.
  • Establish and manage ERP governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making frameworks.

Program Execution

  • Lead ERP rollouts across multiple sites and business units, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage data migration strategy, validation, and execution.
  • Oversee training programs and change management initiatives to drive user adoption.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
  • Role includes frequent travel, approximately 50%

Internal Consulting & Business Partnership

  • Act as an internal ERP consultant embedded within the business, providing guidance on best practices and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure ERP solutions meet operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
