Annual Compensation Range: $95,000K – $115,000K, Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
Location: Remote
Travel: Limited travel may be required to support go live activities or strategic partner engagements

In this role, you will serve as the execution lead for hospital onboarding, ensuring seamless technical integration, workflow alignment, and adoption excellence across partner sites.

What You’ll Do

Lead End-to-End Telehealth Implementations

  • Drive full-cycle implementation of teleMFM services for new hospital partners and expansion sites

  • Coordinate system configuration, integrations, device readiness, user access, and security validation

  • Develop structured implementation plans, timelines, and readiness checklists tailored to each partner

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability during go-live and stabilization periods  

 Align Technology with Clinical Practice

  • Partner with clinical leadership and hospital stakeholders to align digital workflows with real-world care delivery

  • Translate clinical requirements into actionable technical and operational steps

  • Ensure workflows support care model standards, quality expectations, and regulatory compliance   

Manage Stakeholders & Drive Communication

  • Act as the central liaison between IT teams, clinical leaders, vendors, and hospital partners

  • Provide structured communication on risks, timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution

  • Support training coordination and user readiness efforts  

Support Platform Expansion & Optimization

  • Help onboard adjacent digital service lines as the platform grows

  • Standardize and improve implementation processes across sites

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to scalable playbooks and best practices 

Collaborate on Vendor & Technical Performance

  • Work closely with digital health vendors and internal IT teams to ensure reliability and performance

  • Participate in issue triage, escalation, and resolution

  • Validate solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards   

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years supporting healthcare technology implementations, digital health platforms, or clinical systems

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional implementations in hospital environments

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in hospital-based settings

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with structured execution and attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Independent operator comfortable in fast-growing, evolving environments   

Preferred Experience

  • Telehealth, virtual care, or remote clinical service implementations

  • Hospital IT environments, EHR integrations, and clinical device workflows

  • Direct collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital leadership

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare security, and compliance standards
