Our team consists of around 350 creative professionals from 36 countries, with 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our enthusiastic and vibrant YouTube team! It is a hands-on role where you’ll transform raw footage into engaging, production-ready videos, shape compelling stories through pacing, visuals, music, and sound, and collaborate closely with the creative and post-production teams to deliver entertaining, straightforward, and unique content for young viewers around the world.
What You Will Do:
Edit and assemble captivating videos, turning raw footage into engaging and visually stunning content;
Continue developing a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, engaging visuals, and conveying narratives. Additionally, you'll leverage music and sound to evoke emotion, excitement, and drama in your edits;
Collaborate closely with the entire post-production team to brainstorm and develop engaging content;

Bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, ensuring that our videos are not just edited but truly crafted masterpieces;

What We Expect:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing your creative skills;
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects Pro;
Strong knowledge of video production and post-production processes;
Familiarity with camera operation, lighting, and other technical aspects of video production;
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines;
An independent spirit with a proactive approach to your work;
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
Experience with AI video generation would be a big plus.

Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role is up to €1000, depending on your experience and skills.
