  • Effectively showcase value through discovery sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients
  • Coordinate with product development, marketing, and project management teams to incorporate client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Location : Bangalore (Work from Home) or Gannavaram / Vijayawada (Office) with travel within India.

Job Details :

As the technical sales lead, you will leverage your deep product and industry expertise to craft Zapoj CEM products  for enterprises in verticals of BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturers and retailers. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Executives to understand client needs, design optimal demonstrations of Zapoj CEM products, and effectively showcase their value through discovery sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Requirements 

  • 1 to 3 years of SaaS Product sale engineering experience.
  • Previous experience with BCM / CEM / BCP / Mass Notifications or Incident Management softwares 
  • Ability to give product demonstrations as per customer requirements.
  • Experience in working with close collaboration with Sales Teams.
  • Helping sales teams in preparing responses to RFP with technical details.
  • Working with the product development team in understanding new features and providing feedback or challenges identified during client demos. 
  • Collaborated with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Experience in using CRM tools.
