Role Overview:
We are looking for a Process Designer who will support document management platform development for a migration project, focusing on platform strategy, technical product management, API governance, and process optimisation using LEAN principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Define platform boundaries and manage the service catalogue including storage, search, signing, and templates

Ensure technical product fluency for storage tiering, versioning, and integration/orchestration patterns

Manage API product standards, governance, lifecycle, and deprecation/versioning

Establish governance and compliance models, defining metadata standards, retention rules, and access models aligned with risk and compliance stakeholders

Measure and report adoption KPIs, search success, time-to-file/retrieve, audit findings, and cost-to-serve

Re-define and streamline processes using LEAN principles

Must-Have Requirements:

Experience in platform strategy and technical product management

Strong understanding of integration patterns, API governance, and compliance frameworks

Proven ability in process creation, optimization, and LEAN methodologies

Knowledge of metrics and value realization for adoption and compliance outcomes

Nice to Have:

Experience with modernizing legacy integration using API-led approaches

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance planning and governance concepts
