Weโ€™re currently partnering with a growing international company looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Junior Sales Back-Office professional who will play a key role in supporting structured outreach, lead qualification, and LinkedIn engagement initiatives.

This is a part-time remote opportunity ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

As a Junior Sales Back-Office, you will work closely with the Sales Leader, executing a clear outreach and engagement plan to help expand the companyโ€™s network, generate qualified conversations, and strengthen its LinkedIn presence. This role is execution-focused and requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills in English.

๐Ÿš€ Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify target companies and decision-makers from provided lead lists.

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and structured follow-ups.

  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Grow and manage LinkedIn network strategically.

  • Publish content and support engagement initiatives following a defined plan.

  • Track and report predefined performance metrics.

  • Support conference planning logistics (travel coordination, schedules, hotel bookings).

๐Ÿš€ Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced English level (B2+ / C1) โ€” strong written communication skills are essential.

  • 2+ years of work experience (lead generation companies, call centers, marketing agencies, recruitment agencies, travel agencies, or similar environments).

  • Background in Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields is a plus.

  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach (Sales Navigator is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven mindset.
