Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro mandatory) with strong skills in After Effects or CapCut (bonus), focusing on dynamic cuts, text overlays, and sound syncing.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads trends, algorithms, vertical video formats, hooks, and captions, with ability to turn raw footage into engaging UGC-style videos.
  • Familiarity with Motion Graphics Templates and Premiere's Essential Graphics Panel; excellent English written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
  • Experience optimizing creatives for engagement and ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS); up-to-date with current social media editing styles, platform aesthetics, and collaborating via web tools (Frame.io, Zoom, Monday, Slack).

We’re looking for freelance video editors to join our network and work on UGC-style performance ads for TikTok and Meta. This is a project-based role with the potential for longer-term collaboration if we find the right fit!

📍This role is open to anyone willing to work in Americas Time Zone

⏰Working schedule from 9 am to 6 pm EST

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • Proficient in using video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory) After Effects, or CapCut (Bonus points) with a focus on dynamic cuts, text overlays, and sound-syncing.

  • Familiarity with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere’s Essential Graphics Panel is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices (e.g., vertical video, hooks, captions).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
